• Load balance by e-load through any of our easy-load Retailers or Telenor Franchises
• Check balance by sending 'Bal' to 626 via SMS
• Charges of Rs. 5 / Min apply to all outgoing voice calls
• SMS (Onnet) = Rs 1+tax/SMS; SMS (Offnet) = Rs 1.5+tax/SMS

Postpaid

• Device Price Rs. 3,999/-
• 2GB of data for Rs. 500 + tax per month.
• Additional data usage will be charged at Rs. 5 per MB.
• Refundable Security is Rs. 1,500.

Warranty Info

• The device has limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Telenor USB is "Network Locked". Any tampering with the device will cause the warranty to be void.

• Visit any Telenor easyload retailer
• Ask the easyload retailer to credit your account with the required amount
• Give the easyload retailer your Telenor Prepaid number along with the payment
• The easyload retailer will transfer the required balance to your account
• You will receive an SMS confirming that your Telenor Prepaid account has been recharged worth the amount you have paid
• You can check your new balance by dialing *444# from your Telenor Prepaid or via Telenor SIM Menu
